Baptism Info Classes

Water Baptism is a public profession of your faith in Jesus Christ. We believe it is a celebration before friends and family of the choice you’ve made to surrender your will and life to Jesus Christ.  If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, then you are ready to be baptized.  Baptism is simply a means of declaring this choice to the world.

“Those who believe and accepted the message were baptized."     - Acts 2.41

All adults desiring to be baptized are required to register for and attend a Baptism Information class.

All children desiring to be baptized are required to be registered for and attend a First Step Class.

Communion

Breaking bread together.

Communion is a celebration of God’s provision for us through Jesus Christ. As we partake of the bread which is a symbol for Christ’s body, we are reminded that we too, his people, are the body of Christ. We are united in communion and so should take care that we do not harbor disunity in our hearts as we practice it.

Communion demonstrates our union with God and our unity with one another as we remember and celebrate Christ's giving of himself for us. You do not have to be a member of Springcreek Church to share in our Communion service.

Who can participate?

Communion is for those who have trusted Christ as their Lord and Savior. This means that communion should not be served to small children or to others who do not understand or who have not made a personal decision on their own to follow Christ.

When are the next Communion services in 2018?

Special Communion Event: Maundy Thursday

Women's Christmas Brunch

Angels on High…and Among Us

When the angels appeared to the shepherds, they were unlike anything the shepherds had seen before. But angels are around us every day – people here on earth who remind us of the Father’s love, care, concern, and presence. Our speaker, Julie Alexander, will introduce us to some unlikely “angels” in the form of average folks who are God’s partners living among us. Invite family, friends and neighbors for the special event. Be inspired this holiday season!

Cost: $15 per person - Registration for the brunch is now closed.
