Breaking bread together
Communion is a celebration of God’s provision for us through Jesus Christ. As we partake of the bread which is a symbol for Christ’s body, we are reminded that we too, His people, are the body of Christ. We are united in communion and should take care that we do not harbor disunity in our hearts as we practice it.
Communion demonstrates our union with God and our unity with one another as we remember and celebrate Christ's giving of Himself for us. You do not have to be a member of Springcreek Church to share in our Communion service.
Who can participate?
Communion is for those who have trusted Christ as their Lord and Savior. This means that communion should not be served to small children or to others who do not understand or who have not made a personal decision on their own to follow Christ.
When is the next Communion service?
September 14-15, 2019 and September 21-22, 2019
Communion will be served at all three weekend services.
All are welcome. Childcare not provided.
