Nursery and Preschool Children
6 weeks - PreK

Programming provided at all three services.
Saturday: 5:00pm
Sunday: 9:30am & 11:00am

At the Preschool phase, we focus on foundation, around these three main ideas:

  1. God loves me.

  2. God made me.

  3. Jesus wants to be my forever friend.

What Can I Expect for My Child (up to age 5)

NextGen Jungle is our environment for our nursery and preschool children. Your little one begins with us in Koala Cove, an environment that offers a warm, caring, safe and sanitary environment. Here your little one will begin to learn about God's love through our caring and nurturing volunteers.

When your little one begins toddling, he/she will be moved to Toucan Landing environment where he/she will begin to transition to "play with a purpose" and begin hearing simple Bible stories and concepts while they play.

As your child continues to mature and develop, we will move your child through our other toddler environments, Hippo Habitat, Story Safari, and Elephant Expedition. By the time your child turns 3 years old (following the school guidelines of promotion according to birthdays on September 1), he/she will move to Tiger Trail, and then the next year to our pre-k environment in Monkey Mountain.

All of these environments are amazing places that will captivate the hearts and imaginations of our toddlers through 5 year olds. Preschoolers will experience hands on activities, craft projects, interactive Bible stories, music and small group interaction. We want every preschooler to know:

God made them.
God loves them.
Jesus wants to be their friend forever.

What Steps Do You Take to Keep My Child Safe?

Every weekend our staff and volunteers seek to create a safe and secure environment for your children. The following procedures are in place to ensure their safety and care.

Our environments for children are located just off our main lobby and open 15 minutes prior to each service. Our Guest Services Team will be available to assist you in the registration process and answer your questions. You will need to complete a First Time Guest Card. You may download this card and bring it with you in order to save time.  Download Guest Services Card Here.

Safety Tags

After your information is entered into our secure database, a safety tag will be issued to your children along with two corresponding tags for parent(s). To ensure safety your children will not be released without the presentation of your corresponding tags. All safety tags must be visible in our secure areas.

Secure Facility / Emergency Procedures

All entrances and rooms are monitored by our Safety Team. Entrances are closed and secured after services begin and are reopened at the end of each service. In case of an emergency, procedures are in place to keep your children safe.  Emergency procedures are posted in each room.

Volunteer Screening

All volunteers go through a detailed screening process and criminal background check.
